We are excited that The Folly Beach County Park will begin its full time seasonal hours beginning April 29th through Labor Day! But soon, it will feel like Summer and the park will provide these services everyday. The Park entrance is only a 15 or 20 minute walk from the Inn. As of April 6th, the snack bar, lifeguards, and nice chair and umbrella service is available on weekends only. If you are not a total beach bum, and worried about the currents or potential sharks, the lifeguards are there to watch over you everyday beginning April 29th. Whether you spend the day lounging or want to go for a sunset walk, the County Park is worth the experience. When the tide is low you can walk around the West Tip/End of the island and see the Eastern Brown Pelican Rookery!
